The photographers are all members of the T E P C - Taiwan Exchange Photography Club. T E P C is a group of photographers living in Taiwan, sharing the same passion for making images. The diversity, the style and the commitment of all the members makes it a tremendous space to express and live photography. The purpose is to exchange around photography, to learn, have fun, and encourage new perspectives in this area. Patrice Delmotte created the group in 2011 and there are now 26 members, all from different parts of the world.
The group activities include:
- Monthly themes, photo sessions and gatherings to discuss everyone's work.
- Other artists and photographers are regularly invited to judge the work and share their knowledge.
- Use of a fully-equipped studio in Tienmu and a dark room.

此次台灣之光小提琴村慈善攝影聯展的展出者均是 “T E P C - Taiwan Exchange Photography Club” 目前居住在台灣的成員。
這些成員，雖然來自不同國家， 他們一致的對影像都抱有創作的熱情及分享的意願。 也許因為來自不同的文化背景， 因此表現的作品風格各異， 更因為彼此藉由分享、 討論、 切磋 、交換心得， 使我們的影像在深度與廣度上能有自由充裕的展現空間。TEPC 是由Patrice Delmotte在2011年所召集成立， 目前有26位來自世界各地的成員。 我們的活動主要有：
－每個月例會，就某一單一主題， 提出討論，分享照片。
－不定期的邀請攝影家、藝術家指導作品及藝術心得交流。
－使用設備完善的攝影棚及暗房。
